Took forever to get cashed out (about 10 minutes), they were so busy making the orders. The ice cream was good, not great, but their other menu items look very good. Didn't look around the store, but what I saw looked good quality. I wouldn't go back for their ice cream...well, might try a sundae, but would like to try other things on their menu, a nice alternative to the fast food joints.

The product was good as always. The cashier in the store section ( on Tuesday afternoon on June 4) was extremely helpful in telling/showing/ assisting us to purchase the 2 for $6 ice cream special and keep it frozen for our over one hour trip home, on that hot day. It worked and she was awesome! Sorry I did not get her name.

I really love the food and service here. its all so fun and i love how its never qll quiet and dead. its busy and lively.

Our son plus many other children had their hand and/or fingers smashed in a bathroom door at this Braum's location. Once we contacted corporate they assured us that there was nothing wring with their doors and showed little to no compassion for an incident that happened on their premises. Their lack of willingness to address this matter has loss our business.

The food tasted good, service was good, very nice burger/ice cream place...I just wish they served burgers at breakfast too lol
